At our production facility, we can manufacture
- Uncoated tablets, compressed lozenges, chewable tablets, and sublingual tablets
- Film-coated tablets, prolonged-release film-coated tablets, and gastro-resistant tablets
- Hard capsules
- Powder for inhalation in hard capsules (we ensure 100% automatic capsule-net-weight control, with the automatic rejection of capsules whose filling weight exceeds the established limits)
We can manufacture the above forms using such technologies as
- Gravity mixing (drum and bin mixers)
- High-speed mixing
- Wet granulation
- Fluidised bed granulation
- Extrusion granulation (high-speed granulators)
We supply packaged tablets, film-coated tablets, hard capsules, soft capsules in Alu-Alu, Alu-PVC, Alu-PVDC and Alu-ACLAR blister packs. Subsequently, the blisters are packed with their leaflets into unit cardboard packages, and these into collective cartons.
Unit packages can be marked with their DataMatrix code, and protected against opening with a tamper-evident label. Such prepared packages can be reported to the European EMVO database.
